Funciones

Do you have commercila skills?
 * Identify sales-ready leads via phone, outbound prospecting and social selling through LinkedIn in your assigned market.
 * Apply strategic reasoning to prioritize the list of target accounts to contact by leveraging the insights from our CRM system and based on the IT solution offered.
 * Manage the sales cycle of each prospect in our CRM keeping the information updated and providing accurate reports.
 * Work closely with our Account Management team to ensure our clients achieve their business goals.

Requisitos

 * 2 years of experience in inside sales/business development.
 * Experience in using phone and LinkedIn to connect with new businesses.
 * Experience in inside sales/business development.
 * Demonstrated proficiency in English, Polish or German communications.
 * Demonstrated record of meeting and exceeding strategic targets.
 * Demonstrated understanding of the tech industry.
 * Independent self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
 * Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive technical solutions to prospective clients.

Se ofrece

*Salary. 18.000 - 24.000 €
*Schedule. 8:30 - 17:00 Polish speaker / 7:30-8:00 - 16:00 German speaker.
*Contract. 3 months + permanent contract.
*Place. Madrid
