With their integrated SaaS solution, they bring together guests and restaurants, making it possible to connect with them in a far more personalised manner. With over 34.000 restaurants in 12 different countries, they share the passion for food and dining with their 8 million users every month! For their hub in Barcelona, they are looking for a talented Sales Manager who could create a new team of Inside Sales that will work at international level.

As an Inside Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Build and lead a team of 8 Inside Sales
- Implement new strategies and processes and improve the existing ones
- Ensure a correct and productive work of the team
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Establish KPI's for the sales team, ensuring high level of work
- Be in constant contact with the others Sales Managers in order to give excellent results
- Offer knowledge of sales and team management


Key Languages:
- Native level of Italian
- Advanced level of Spanish and English
- Another European language is highly valued

Core Skills/Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in leading a team of Inside Sales or Account Managers
- People-oriented candidate, willing to work in a team
- Experience in designing new strategies and KPI's
- Well-organized person, able to prioritize tasks
- Previous experience in sales
- Problem-solving attitude
- Proactive, motivated and responsible candidate
