We are recruiting an Inside Sales Representative for a multinational outsource centre which provides customer service, back office, technical support and sales solutions to multinational companies. This person will be responsible for the execution and achievement of sales quota and targets, the identification and qualifications of prospects and deciders in the targeted companies and reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary. Knowledge of sales records and sales experience required. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be working in the sales division and reporting to the account manager. You will be assigned a portfolio of companies in order to do a profiling of them and identify potential business. You must be able to identify and qualify prospects and decision makers in the target companies and develop B2B relationships. Your main responsibilities: -Execute and achieve sales quota and targets. - Identification and qualification of prospects and deciders in the targeted companies -Focus on driving profitability through proactive management. -Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipeline. -Reviewing level of client satisfaction and escalating issues when necessary. -Communicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow upon potential business. -Timely response and resolution of incoming customer or partner calls regarding, customer inquiries and request.
Qualifications: -Native in: German -Excellent: English Experience: -Minimum 1 year solid sales experience in B2B -Proven sales track record Skills: -Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems preferred Soft Skills: -Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills -Superior listening skills -Excellent customer service skills -Self starter with ability to meet deadlines in a high stress environment -Strong decision making abilities -Detail and follow up oriented -Comfortable speaking with business users at all levels -Strong individual contributor as well as a team player -Handle project tasks with minimal direction and supervision -Highly organized and detail-oriented -Goal oriented and target success driven -Positive attitude and flexibility in prioritizing workload
