Our client is a well-known company and market leader in fleet management solutions, providing a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solution to their customers and partners. Their products are created to help professional drivers to drive greener, safer and more efficiently. Their products serve more than 45,000 fleet customers in 26 countries with more than 625,000 active monitored units/vehicles.

Aspiring to maintain their leading position in the market, they are looking for an experienced and skilled new member for their Operations Unit.

As an Installation Coordinator Representative B2B, your responsibilities will include:
- Check Order / New contract´s installation requests
- Assign Order to Installation Partners
- Monitor progress on installations
- Support the management team and customers with accurate reports
- Strengthen customer relationship

Requisitos

Key Languages:
- Proficient level of both French and Spanish
- Good level of English

Core Skills/Experience:
- At least 1-year of Customer Service experience 
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to understand technical issues is an advantage
- Team, solution-oriented
- Basic knowledge of PC hardware; good knowledge of Windows OS
