Looking for a Marketing Manager in a multinational insurtech company in constant growth. Descripción de la oferta Lead marketing department, in order to generate contacts / future clients and build the experience of the company´s brand. Make decisions and coordinate the actions of lead generation / contacts in digital (online) environment. Responsible for deciding and coordinating lead generation / contact actions in an off-line environment, complementary to the above. As well as responsible for the PR, content and communication of the company. Take ownership of the online platform, setting the strategy for the channel, ensuring optimization. Management of the different marketing channels based on the marketing strategy: Email, CRM, SEM and SEO. Define the annual budget, the plan of actions in each month ensuring the return of the invested capital. Propose contracting with external agencies and partners and contact center players. Ensure day-to-day operation coordinating with sales team. Establish policies and processes that guarantee the quality and experience in the interaction with the brand. Perfil del candidato Bachelor's in business, Marketing and / or Advertising (Master in Digital Marketing will be valued). Experience in 5 to 8 years in marketing activities and lead generation. Preferably in insurance sector or in digital agency. Good knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, organic and paid search, SEO and SEM. Relevant working experience in account/ client management role within marketing departments. Previous experience in leading small / medium size teams. It will be valued experience in insurance companies where you have had similar experience of generation of leads and contacts.
