Funciones

We're looking for someone with strong comms experience to help execute the key projects on LAAM Marketing Plan for H2 2018, including work with internal teams, Central Marketing teams, partner agencies and Ads Spanish Ecosystem.


Description

* Design and successfully execute Think with Google event in Lisbon (Oct)
 * Define event strategy and main business objectives with Portugal CM and LCS team
 * Define and execute in collaboration with LCS and Marketing Central Team the agenda, speakers, narrative and main messages
 * Work with our partner agency to deliver the best experience and content during the event 
 * Work cross-functionally with comms lead in various teams to amplify presence 
 * Own and administrate budget for the event
 * Define and execute customer engagement plan for the event
 * Work with events team to leverage Lightning Talks speakers' social followings
 * Lead Partnership with EFICACIA (International Forum & Effie Awards) in H2
 * Define content, main messages and speaker in collaboration with Brand XFunctional team for International EFFIE Forum 
 * Lead Google performance on Effie awards Gala in collaboration with Brand XFunctional team : YTAL Ranking, pitch, brand, ...etc.
 * Internal and external comms strategy working with EFFIE and PR
 * Coordinate Third Parties marketing agreements
 * Retina: PRISA agreement that include a set of events, including Top Leadership event in September, and others, and ongoing branded communication strategy on Prisa media.
 * Keep stakeholders updated about progress of the project 
 * Work cross-functionally with comms lead in various teams to amplify presence 
 * Marketing Local Lead for Google Analytics 360 and DoubleClick rebrand. Engage with Platforms & Performance EMEA advertiser, agency and ecosystem clients to facilitate Marketing communication of product and collateral rebranding: 
 - Localize new Double Click branding
 - Hear from product and share new Google Marketing Platform announcement and changes 
 * Launch new BCG maturity research 
 * Share what's happening with the better ads project 
 * Direct feedback to Google product leads to help influence development strategy; 
 * Deepen client relationships


Profile

Requirements:

 * Excellent project management and negotiation skills
 * Senior stakeholder management 
 * Experience in designing and implementing online and offline (events) campaigns 
 * Experience in managing agency/third parties relationships
