Funciones

Internal Communications Specialist TEMP +6months. STARTING DATE 1ST JULY.

Based in our Shared Services Centre, you will be reporting to the Head of Internal Communications, Europe. Our team's mission is to implement effective and compelling communications to enable high performance, increase engagement, foster collaboration, and attract talent to support the PageGroup strategy and help achieve our company vision. Your mission will include the following responsibilities at a Continental Europe level:

 * Ensure PageGroup initiatives are successfully communicated to employees
 * Ensure regular, timely, consistent and relevant flow of information throughout the organization
 * Create and write inspiring and engaging communication campaigns for our internal audience to support company-wide initiatives and messages (Campaigns around D&I, wellbeing, flexibility, etc.)
 * Create employer brand content (communication campaign around certifications, website content, etc.)
 * Manage our SharePoint-based Intranet (user permissions, page creations, etc.)
 * Monitor key metrics and report back on performance
 * Build positive relationships with a broad range of internal stakeholders
 * Collaborate with our internal designers to create engaging content pieces

Requisitos

 * 3-5 years' experience in internal / corporate communications
 * Excellent writing skills in English and ability to communicate complex messages in simple language
 * Savvy SharePoint and Office 365 user
 * Experience with enterprise social networks, preferably Yammer by Microsoft
 * Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
 * Thorough planning and organisational skills
 * Good analytical skills to report back on performance
 * Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
 * Ability to present work quickly and accurately to a high standard
 * Able to multi-task, self-motivated and able to self-manage projects
