Challenging Opportunity: Internal Project Manager – Hybrid (Barcelona)
Are you ready to take on a strategic and high-impact project management role within a leading global technology company?
We are looking for an Internal Project Manager to lead large-scale initiatives that shape the organization’s future operations and business success.

· Lead internal projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational strategy.
· Plan, control, and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet or exceed expectations.
· Partner with corporate and external teams to develop and implement solutions that address internal process improvements.
· Apply recognized expertise in relevant technologies, theories, or methodologies to deliver innovative and efficient outcomes.
· Define functional strategy, establish best practices, and contribute to the development of new ideas and principles.
· Serve as a mentor and guide for junior project professionals.
· Operate with a high degree of autonomy and decision-making authority in managing strategic initiatives.

Requisitos

· First-level university degree required; advanced degree preferred.
· 6+ years of experience in project management or similar leadership roles.
· Proven ability to lead large, complex, cross-functional projects.
· Fluent English (spoken and written).
· Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience in the technology or innovation industry is a plus.

Se ofrece

· Hourly rate: €24.66 gross/hour
· Contract type: Temporary (1 year)
