We’re hiring: Internal Project Manager.

We are looking for an experienced Internal Project Manager to join a leading global technology organization in a hybrid role based in Sant Cugat. This opportunity is ideal for a senior project management professional who enjoys leading complex internal initiatives and driving operational excellence in fast-paced environments. 

In this role, you will lead internal projects to ensure delivery meets scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party vendors to plan, build, and implement solutions to internal business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead internal projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
· Plan, control, and manage project execution using structured project management methodologies.
· Manage corporate and third-party vendor efforts to deliver effective solutions to internal issues.
· Act as a subject matter expert, applying advanced knowledge to complex business challenges.
· Analyze complex situations and data, evaluating multiple factors to determine optimal solutions.
· Exercise significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices.
· Lead and provide expertise to functional project teams and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.
· Support process improvements and help establish project management best practices and policies.
· Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to less experienced team members when required. 

Requisitos

· First-level university degree.
· 7+ years of experience in project management roles or similar business functions.
· Strong experience managing complex, multi-factor projects in corporate environments.
· Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and manage vendors effectively.
· Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working with a high level of autonomy.
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
· Advanced English level required.

Se ofrece

· Location: Sant Cugat, Spain (Hybrid).
· Contract: Temporary – 6 months.
· Salary: €19.66 per hour.
