We are looking for a key player to join a team to focus on BDR recruiting. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging talent to join a Business Development Hub in Barcelona, as well as improving and contributing to their employer brand.


Description

The Business Development team is based in Barcelona and they have an urgent need of talent to bring us up to their full headcount, your job will be to initially help them fill their vacancies but also to grow by building a strong pipeline of for the future. This role is a crucial part of their employee experience, ensuring a fantastic touch point with the company.

 * Be responsible for full life cycle recruitment in the Hub;

 

 

 * Provide feedback on how we can improve process;

 

 

 * Source great talent to join them;

 

 

 * Build a pipeline for the future;

 

 

 * Engage and learn as much as possible about the business in order to provide true representation.


Profile

* Good experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

 

 

 * Strong social skills to manage candidates and internal relationship with ease.

 

 

 * Utilising a myriad of platforms and channels, you'll be accomplished at getting your message through.

 

 

 * Since the team have a European remit, any language skills are a bonus, but good command of English is essential.

 

 

 * It is also important that you have a systematic skillset, to help to quickly work through priorities and managing a busy workload.

 

 

 * Team player.
