Funciones

Our client have many ongoing and upcoming initiatives where they are modernizing operations. So the need hands-on technical expertise to run the product deployments and lead the deployment teams. The candidate we are looking will be responsible for the product success, budget and relationship management. 

This position will be based at Algeciras but willingness to travel around Europe it is a must.

Deployment Lead will be responsible for the product success, budget and relationship management using the technical knowledge and strong sense of personal ownership. Together with a cross-functional product team, the role will further develop, define and implement the product in their selected terminals across the globe.

Responsabilities: 
 * Realizing the deployment in support of the product value proposition and as per plan to the terminal and end customers.
 * Product deployment approach and plan across one or multiple terminals, including assurance of product integrity, including securing all due approvals.
 * Due compliance, safety and other relevant regulations to be adhered to during the deployment.
 * Maximize and continuously improve the level of consistency between product deployments across multiple terminals.
 * Continuously ensure the deployment fulfils all site specific needs as defined in consultation with the terminal team within the product blueprint for site deployment

Requisitos

We are looking for a candidate with:
 * Professional expertise and deep knowledge in the context of automation. Experience in port automation / modernization is an advantage.
 * Technical / Engineering background
 * HighEnglishproficiency
 * High familiarity and proven proficiency of delivering results within project/product deployment environment
 * Versatile resource management and planning skills
 * Methodological knowhow to lead iterative design, development and testing cycles from end-to-end throughout the deployment
 * Ability to balance short term deliverables and long term business objectives
 * Ability to solve complex problems on daily basis and in structured manner
 * People leadership skills for driving success of deployment teams
 * Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
 * Continuous focus to drive change management as key enabler for stakeholder buy-in and successful deployment outcomes
