We are looking for an international campaign manager. Description Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: * Overseeing the production process for service delivery through the creative, digital and telemarketing departments. * Ensuring that the creative and digital functions operate in an efficient, profitable manner through effective deployment of resources against projects and tasks identified by the account teams. * Scheduling and co-ordinating resources, including the remote designers, programmers and copywriters. * Motivating a team that can respond to the flexible needs of the business. * Maintaining a full production schedule and clearly communicating to all stakeholders weekly and daily priorities to ensure tasks are completed wherever possible or task dependencies are communicated back to clients when and if projects are stalled with clients. * Management of creative job budgets, tracking profitability and ensuring management reporting and analysis. * Constant review of production processes to ensure organic adaptation in response to the evolving needs of the departments. * Working closely with the Creative Director on the budget for the department. * Working closely with Programme/Account Directors/Managers on project budgets. * Management of supplier interaction for creative production (printers, freelancers, etc.). * Identify areas for improvement such the efficiency is optimized at all times. * Ensuring that systems are used to track and effectively manage the process, and that other project stakeholders are aware of their obligations in this. * Ensuring that account teams are aware of tasks required to meet their scheduling and production objectives. * Leading the project management process for all projects, whether with internal account management teams or clients in order to execute on client projects in a timely manner. Profile * An experienced campaign manager who is confident in developing and motivating others to accomplish tasks against tight deadlines. * Experienced in managing budget and financial forecasting. * Able to project manage and see each individual project through from start to successful closure. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. * A background in implementing and streamlining processes to support a department. * To remain calm under pressure and be a lateral thinker. * Versatile and flexible approach. * Technically competent in all Microsoft applications. * Excellent attention to detail. * Strategically minded with an ability to understand the wider implications to the company. * Experience in managing several projects simultaneously. * An ability to respond quickly to changing business needs. * Good understanding of marketing principles. * Excellent communication, planning, time-management and follow-through skills. * Understanding of interactive media production and print production.
