Our Client is empowering new enterprise with insurance solutions fit for the 21st century. International Insurance Broker located in Madrid.

We are looking for a diligent Client Operations Assistant to join our growing corporate B2B activity in Spain, working with Madrid and London and focusing on giving support to the team and day to day management of their corporates accounts.

* Assist the Client operations team with daily management of the accounts.
 * High attention to detail and accuracy.
 * Work with corporate customers to tailor and refine the service.
 * Working with tech and operations to deliver partner integrations.
 * Liaise with internal teams to ensure the client's needs are met. This means collaborating with tech, finance, Customer experience and more.
 * Manage databases with information.
 * Optimise and improve daily operations, providing feedback loops.
 * Feeding back from corporate customers into the product teams for iterative provements,.
 * Capacity to multitask and p riorize in a logical, structured and disciplined way amd initiative to do so autonomously.

 * Fluent in both Spanish and English
 * Minimun 2-3 years of work experience.
