Important FMCG company based in El Penedés(Barcelona) is looking for an International Customer Service. He/she will be the primary point of contact for the customer for all aspects related to contract execution & order fulfillment. Collaborates with customers and internal parties to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and value. Participates in improvement initiatives and identifies improvements.

1) Primary point of contact for the customer for all aspects related to contract execution & order fulfillment: - Introduce orders in SAP and follow up over the whole order life cycle and generate all necessary documentation.

 * Monitor order patterns, anticipating demand and pro-actively inform customers about contract balances and related information if applies.
 * Understanding of customer requirements & consequences of deviating from customer requests.
 * Work with customers & logistics to ensure the customer's delivery requirements can be met whilst maintaining an efficient and effective supply chain.
 * Provide timely answers to customer (and sales department if requested) about orders, deliveries, down time of our facilities, delays, and other relevant information.

 

2)Collaborates with customers and internal parties to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and value:

 * Be the key point of contact (internal & external) for customer complaints. Ensure resolution towards the customer within the given tools.
 * Understand the customer requirements, needs and expectations and relay newly obtained information back to the internal organization as appropriate.
 * Actively organizing customer visits.
 * Build up customer specialized knowledge in order to signal to the internal organization any changes in order pattern and to inform relevant parties of expected customer requirements.
 * Build and maintain good relationships within Supply Chain, account teams and with customers with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction and value internally and for the customer.
 * Interactionwithplanningisessential
 * Monitoring stock levels and production dates to control customer orders.
 * Liaison with Tax & legal department about the full accomplishment of all policies.
 * Sending Sample and POS to customers, contest and Fairs.
 * Coordinating Fairs participation, events, contests and Tenders.

3) Participates in improvement initiatives and identifies improvements:

 * Understand and take appropriate action on customer change requests or initiatives.
 * Work collaboratively in corrective actions. 
 * Participate in departmental projects.
 * Identify improvements.Act as an internal voice of the customer.


Perfil del candidato

* International Commerce degree, diploma or similar.
 * Proven international customer service experience managing customer accounts of minimum two years. Very valuable from FMCG company.
 * English proficiency or similar.
 * Knowledge in SAP very valuable.
 * Experience in International commerce and logistics.
 * Proved experience in order processing, forms, applications and requests.
 * Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
 * Experience to setting up new customer accounts.
 * Handle and resolve customer complaints.
 * Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
 * Keep record of all customer information (orders, confirmation of orders, inquiries, comments, mailing, complaints, actions taken, etc).


Oferta de empleo

* Stable position in an international company.
 * Monday to Friday from 9am o 6pm.
 * Possibility to go by bus from Barcelona(40 minutes)

Requisitos

*Proven international customer service experience managing customer accounts of minimum two years. Very valuable from FMCG company.
