Funciones

P&PD Ingenieros is searching the following 2 roles, for its important international client within the engineering sector based in the Basque Country:

- DIRECTOR FOR INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS IN ROADS&HIGHWAYS
* management of engineering projects in the area of roads
* management of large projects and technical complexity internationally

- SENIOR ENGINEER FOR INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS IN ROADS&HIGHWAYS
* reinforce the team with a person with important technical knowledge in the area of road engineering, and with international experience in this field.
* present and discuss technical solutions in front of highly specialized profiles on the clients' side

Both roles will participate in the development of international highway projects, specifically in the area of road engineering: geometric layout, pavement and pavement sizing, signaling and road safety, traffic engineering, tunnel safety, conservation and exploitation.

Requisitos

*Ingeniero de Caminos, Canales y Puertos, desirable some type of postgraduate or specific training in highway or transport engineering
*Experience in: 
- drafting road projects, preferably in international arena (private clients).
- offer preparation (private clients)
- large engineering companies or technical departments of construction companies internationally.

- Director 
*Experience in management and coordination of projects, negotiation and management of contracts (private clients), team organization and coordination, planning and control of deadlines, costs, quality and risks, management of scope and changes, contract management and supplies and communications management.
*Strong capacity and technical vocation.

- Senior engineer
*Experience in the technical development of projects in the field of road engineering: layout design, signage, vehicle containment systems, pavements and road surfaces, road safety studies, conservation and exploitation studies, tunnel safety, etc.
