International Execution Specialist.


Descripción de la oferta

* Keep understanding and correct application of commodity contracts and contractual obligations. 
 * Interpretation of contracts terms and execute the payment including Letter of credit, DP/DA, Bank guarantee etc as per the contract.
 * SAP system input and update.
 * Creation of accruals according to forecasted expenses, review and analysis or deviation
 * Supervise the planning of cargo including the vessel nomination, shipping advice, insurance declaration, discharge/ load port agent appointment, load/discharge operation.
 * Management of the shipping documents and payment including ensure accurate invoices/shipping documents issued by the shipper.
 * Maintain close contact with surveyors for preloading and /or loading and /or discharging inspection to ensure quality control.
 * Proactively highlight and resolve risks and issues related to the execution of the shipment.
 * Settlement of AR/AP including Laytime calculations and cargo payments. Validation and posting of suppliers and service providers invoices.
 * Negotiate/settle the claims/dispute and respond effectively and proactively to problems.
 * Follow up on commissions and related invoices for payment approval.


Perfil del candidato

* Degree in Business Management, Export/Import & Foreign Trade or related field.

 * Minimum 2-3 years of experience in export/import execution of commodities.

 * Fluent/advanced in both written and spoken English.

 * A third foreign language is desirable (for instance French, Portuguese, German & Deutsch).
 * Computer proficiency (SAP, Analytical tools, MS Office). SAP and advance Excel is a must.
 * Knowledge of Contract/Maritime law i.e. GAFTA/FOSFA/INCOTERMS/ANEC.
