Funciones

 * Key message development and communication of product positioning and branding.
 * Develops marketing tools and globally organized marketing activities in support of products.
 * Support the International Business Team meetings, and plans and develops International Congresses (CPHI, etc..) and in-house meetings.
 * Reviews affiliates delivery of plans in line with the global strategy.
 * Identifies competitor activities and develops action to address them, in collaboration with local partners.
 * Proposes strategies and opportunities based on the business trends within or outside the current market.
 * Implements the global marketing strategy through the affiliate companies and distributors.
 * Provides high level support and guidance to the affiliate companies on product issues.
 * Work with salesperson on a successful partnership with distribution partners. Work with salesperson to maintain contact with customers' key personnel and work with customers and internal functions to resolve problems/expedite matters.
 * Implementation of the Brand strategies and "brand alert-watch"
 * Drives and coordinates development of marketing tools and activities (e.g. brochures, training manuals, slide decks, congress stand designs...).
 * Prepares, implements and follows up international marketing budget. Formulates product strategies to the field force.

Requisitos

 * Minimum (required): Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Science.
 * 2 year's country product management experience. Experience should include product positioning and branding, Managed branding, medical education and PR/Communication agencies.
 * Preferred: Masters degree.
 * Healthcare Market experience.
 * Achieved/exceeded marketing goals.
 * Developed product positioning and branding.
 * Managed relationship with branding, and PR/Communication agencies.
 * Budget management experience and decision making.
 * Strong presentation and communication skills.
 * Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Other languages will be considered.
