Excellent opportunity to develop your career in global marketing for a multinational pharmaceutical company; rebranding & launch for the skin care / derma pharma OTC division based in Barcelona.

* Provide market & consumer insights and recommendations
 * Support the Brand Manager in defining the skin care strategic marketing plan (global scope).
 * Responsible for the product development of some categories, together with technical area.
 * Monitor the local implementation of the strategic marketing plan.
 * Monitor business performance and propose marketing corrective actions.


Perfil del candidato

* At least, 3-year experience in OTC Farma product strategic marketing (pharmaceutical, selective or mass-market channels). Experience in Skin Care or Derma product/brands it's a plus.
 * Experience in brand building (not just product development), global marketing and business marketing.
 * Technical educational background (Chemical, Biology, Dermo-cosmetics, ….)
 * Advance English Level
 * Soft profile: passionate, curious, proactive, business-oriented, analytic capabilities.


Oferta de empleo

* 30.000€ - 35.000€ fix salary
 * Performance-based variable pay: 10% 

 * Based in Barcelona

Requisitos

At least, 3-year experience in OTC Farma product strategic marketing (pharmaceutical, selective or mass-market channels). Experience in Skin Care product/brands it's a plus.
