Funciones

 * Sourcing multilingual profiles, mostly based in Barcelona but also around the EU. 
 * Work together with the rest of team in order to find the most-suitable candidates. 
 * Use numerous job portals, database, social networks and other tools that will be at your disposal.
 * You will be responsible for the whole recruitment process, since the first contact with candidate, until the on boarding. 
 * Admin task related to the recruiting.
 * Constant contact with your team members!
 * Daily huddles to share updates and catch up with everyone.

Requisitos

 * Previous recruitment/Call centre experience is a plus.
 * Advanced level of English + any other European language.
 * Advanced level of Spanish is a plus.
 * High communication skills and people oriented.
