You´ll drive the cultural change across ALSA businesses: - Lead through coaching the process in which innovation projects are executed in various locations with cross-functional teams - Identify and develop talent through Intrapreneurship program, supporting employee to achieve innovation goals - Explore ideas using the ALSA Innovation Framework which can be scaled across global ALSA business - Generate appropriate customer-centric solutions for the business iterating based on learning from customer discovery research - Work with teams across the business to resolve any issues / queries and overcome any potential issues, communicating key conclusions to senior management
• Business experience in start-up or innovation, HR or Project Management. • Experience with Lean Start-up, Design Thinking, User-Centred Design, Rapid Prototyping, or similar techniques • Customer-centric approach to building, experimenting, and iterating products and services • The confidence to speak up and challenge the status quo to push and provoke the business • Entrepreneurial spirit is a must. Enthusiasm and pro-activity • Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve • A driver - you don't hesitate to take initiative and address something hands-on, constantly pushing toward clarity and delivery while balancing the need for great collaboration • Willingness to travel BONUS POINTS: • Built or led early stage start-up finding product/market fit • Formal Innovation training through academic or on-the-job programs • Mobility or Travel experience • Spanish native and English fluent is essential • French is a plus
