The investment manager will be in charge of the management of the European venture portfolio: following the evolution of each company, deciding the right moment for executing the exit strategy and reporting the evolution of the companies portfolio.


Description

The main responsibilities of the investment manager will be:

 

 * Contribute to the management of a European-wide portfolio of early-stage ventures.

 * Report of evolution of the portfolio.
 * Design of exit strategies for some of the ventures.
 * Contribute to the execution of exit transactions.


Profile

The successful candidate will fulfill the following education, experience and skills:

 

 * Bachelor degree in business administration, economics, engineering or similar.

 * MBA/MSc/MIM will be a plus.

 * English and Spanish are a must.
 * Knowledge of other European languages will be a plus.
 * Minimum 5 year experience in the transactions area of a venture capital or in the corporate division of an advisory firm specialized in M&A or an investment bank.
 * International deal experience is highly desirable.
 * Deep knowledge of MS office tools.
