Funciones

- IE is hiring a Business Partner who will be responsible for maintaining the strategic relationship between the IT department and the Finance and HR departments.
- Will be directly responsible for the development and maintenance for Finance, Control, Administration and HR technological and digital transformation projects.

Requisitos

- Business or Engineering/Technical background
- Master´s Degree
- Understanding of HR and Finance business processes and ability to identify functional requirements in order to drive performance improvement through technological and digital transformation projects
- +8 years of experience. At least 5 in similar role in IT Departments or IT Consulting (Big4 or similar)
