Funciones

In charge of designing and setting up the infrastructure and the operational processes for managing the business services in Spain. Responsible for the continuity and availability of the IT services and building the performance indicators.


Description

Main activities and tasks

> Designing the technical infrastructure and participating in the selection of

the different suppliers.

> Preparing and developing the policy of the support services.

> Realizing the IT Ops team policy.

> Managing his team and the suppliers, within the agile/scrum methods,

permitting to allocate the team resources in the different projects in a

DevOps mode.

> Maintaining working contacts within the JV and with relevant external

relations.

> Maintaining working contacts with the various suppliers of IT services,

taking care of tenders with the Purchase team and negotiating the delivery

conditions in cooperation.

> Operationally responsible of design of the processes, their implementation

with the controls of the ICT quality framework and the associated controls

as well as fulfilling a pivotal role in the performance of relevant audits

Academic Qualifications

University diploma or engineer school in Information Technology

Experience:

Minimum 5-10 years in IT Infrastructure and Ops

Other Requirements:

Knowledge of Prince2, Scrum and COBIT

Practical knowledge and extensive experience with ITIL and Service mgmt.

Compulsory use of operative English andSpanish (at a very good level in both)

IT Tools

Open systems, Windows/Linus system
