Description

As an OPS Process Re-engineer you will be accountable for the management and implementation of multiple initiatives within global operations. This highly visible role will interface with a variety of global senior business and technology leaders and reports into the OPS European project lead. The successful candidate in this role combines an engineering mindset with a genuine interest in operations & IT and profound experience in project implementation.

 

Specific responsibilities will include:

 

 * Lead introduction of new technologies, industry standards and methodologies
 * Work together with the SME's of different regions to redesign current operational processes with the objective to improve quality, customer experience and reduce costs
 * Working with business leaders and SME's to define project scope, benefits, business requirements, timelines and budgets for new process improvement initiatives
 * Leading the defined projects and initiatives including decision making and providing direction
 * Working with managers and OPS teams to guarantee business readiness and supporting overall communication regarding operational changes (change management strategies)
 * Mitigating risks and addressing project obstacles as needed
 * Showing ambition and leadership to attain deliverables as defined


Profile

* 5+ years of experience in a project, IT or consultancy environment
 * Demonstrated business process analysis skills
 * Affinity and preferably first experience with new technologies like AI, ML and RPA
 * Successful track record of timely delivery of tasks with high quality
 * Proven ability to get into the details of projects in order to drive them to fruition
 * Experience owning and driving user acceptance testing and business adoption
 * Well-honed communication and relationship management skills
 * Ability to navigate in large corporate, matrix environment
 * Capable of gaining support for initiatives through influence and use of business rationale
 * Hands-on and results driven mind set
 * Ability to multi-task 
 * Fluent in English and Spanish
