We are lookiing for an IT Support for an important company in the Catering Sector.

Your key functions would include:
? Help and support the users in their day-to-day usage of the systems (application configuration,
installation, management of support tickets, check backup logs, …)
? Manage phone contracts
? Manage office equipment
? Provide support and participate in projects with broader teams (European/Global IT, other
various departments)
? Manage the provision of new users


Perfil del candidato

? High proficiency in Spanish and English mandatory, this is a very international environment
with daily interactions with the US and with many other countries in the region. Portuguese is
a plus.
? Resourcefulness, eager to learn and conscientious attitude
? Windows Server, basic network understanding (routing, patching, DNS, DHCP,…)
? Windows 10, Office 365, Teams, iOS and Android knowledge.
? VMWare ESX environment
? Teams Audio-visual equipment
? Adaptable, Agile, Friendly, good communication and interpersonal skills
? Rigor, integrity & confidentiality;
? Passion for team work
