Are you a passionate Social Media user, genuinely excited to help customers and have an interest in current events in Italy? Then join the new team and help my client to ensure excellent service standards while making a difference in the world!

Your responsibilities as Italian Customer Support Representative include:
 * Monitoring the Italian Social Media content in order to achieve the company guidelines.
 * Reporting the social media engagements within the accounts.
 * Manage other administration related tasks.
 * Revising the content carefully and evaluating in accordance with the relative country.
 * Screen contents that may contain graphic images.
 * Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
 * Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

Requisitos

Your profile:

 * Fluent written and spoken communication skills in Italian and English are essential
 * Valid working permit for Spain / EU citizenship
 * Affinity with online media and social networks
 * Strengths in efficiency, accuracy and empathy
 * Awareness for current cultural, political and social events
 * Goal-oriented work approach and flexibility
