We are currently looking for an Italian with French Inside Sales Representative for a leading travel company. Responsibilities -Develop sales and profitability of the own customer portfolio according to the account plans, the portfolio & marketing plans and country sales strategy -Develop customer experience by proactive sales work -To find proactively prospects, create new business, close sales opportunities and establish added value, acquire and retain customers -To obtain customer insight, e.g. business and decisions drivers, customer processes -To work independently to meet an individual sales quota as well as part of a wider team to support the overall country and regional quota.
Requirements -Experience in prospecting and customer management B2B online environment. -Excellent communication skills. Native Italian and French + Fluent English. -Proven success in exceptional sales attainment required in a quota-driven, high demand environment. -Self motivate and proactive attitude to develop new prospect and closing deals. -Questioning/probing skills to uncover needs and create value for customers, the ability to effectively sell the wide range of products/services that customer can offer. -Ability to learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client's products and services. _The recruitment processes and people involved in them (both recruiters and Project Managers) will not discriminate any candidacy because of age, disability, ethnic, marital status, gender, nationality, ideology, politic, race, religion and sexual orientation
