Funciones

Are you sales-minded, results-driven and passionate about negotiation and the hospitality industry? Have you recently graduated and are motivated to start a career in sales in one of the leading companies in the transportation field?

Our client offers a private transportation system which, through an app, connects passengers with registered drivers. They are currently developing a new project in Portugal, with the aim of using the app for the home food delivery

Our client is looking for a creative, highly motivated individual to join our operations team as a Restaurant Operations Representative.
The right candidate will have a rare combination of creative problem solving, detail orientation, and interpersonal ability to run
partnerships and provide exceptional support and communication.

They will look to you to leverage your analytical skills, strategic thinking, and your own experience to set and execute a strategy to help us launch and grow their business in Portugal.

Main responsibilities:
- Help to grow our restaurant partner base in Portugal
- Solve some of the most challenging problems faced by the client business
- Help to design processes to enhance efficiency and expansion
- Plan and execute a range of high-impact sales and operational projects
- Coordinate and execute the restaurant onboarding process
- Provide excellent customer service and support for the restaurant partners
- Step up and take initiative to ensure that the business is effective
- Communicate quickly and effectively to various levels internally at Uber and externally as needed
- Be a subject matter expert on processes
- Use analytical analysis to identify problems and resolve complex issues

Requisitos

Core skills/Experience:
- Recently graduated with a Bachelor or Master degree
- Good communication skills in Portuguese and in English
- One year of previous sales experience is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce and e-mail campaigns is a plus
- Dynamic and quality-oriented person focused on and motivated by results
Empathic with a natural relationship building approach
Ability to rapidly understand and analyze the client's needs
Ability to work in high-pressure situations
