As a Junior Cost Controller your responsibilities include:
- Management and control of set-up of new suppliers and enforcing company standard payment terms
- Managing the communication with suppliers including terms and conditions
- Management of the AP process within a country ensuring processes are efficient and compliant
- Management of purchase orders and processing with suppliers
- Credit application filling
- Review and reconcile customer recharges
- Distribute monthly reporting to stakeholders
- Set benchmarks and spend parameters by cost category to be used for monthly reviews
- Support on the development and implementation of cost reduction plans.

Requisitos

Key languages: 
- Fluent level of Dutch and German
- Fluent level of English

Core Skills/Experience:
- Studies in finance or Business administration.
- At least 1 year of finance experience
- Advanced Excel skills (Macros), proficient with other MS office products
- The ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in work
-  A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in order to reduce costs
- Ability to work with diverse and remote teams, preferably in a shared service centre environment.
