Funciones

International games company is looking for a junior payroll administrative with a professional level of english

Reporting to the Global Payroll Manager:
 * Provide comprehensive administration support to the Payroll coordinators
 * Extensive volumes and accurate data entry, and result analysis.
 * Setting new employees up on payroll ensuring all the correct documentation regarding new starters and leavers has been completed correctly.
 * Work with HR teams to gather missing information for new hires and Master data changes
 * Working with Payroll data systems, inputting data and extracting reports.
 * Maintain and update Internal Payroll documentation and process maps.
 * Manage and support the global payroll standardization process.
 * Review and allocation of Payroll queries (CRM tickets).
 * Manage ad hoc reporting requests and data extraction and administration

Requisitos

 * A relevant education/degree or business experience in Payroll, Finance, HR or equivalent.
 * It is necessary to be fluent in English
 * Excellent IT skills - particularly in MS Excel.
 * Proven experience with HR or Finance Data management and reporting
 * Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
 * Flexible approach to work and does what is required to deliver service excellence
 * Driven by results and execution focused, passionate about continuously completing tasks and that you have a methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure
 * Attention to detail, integrity and trust. Take responsibility for your own work
 * Professional and confident utilizing customer service skills to answer questions and resolve issues
 * Functioning as an integral part of a team.
 * Ability to work well independently and demonstrating initiative with minimal supervision.
