Our client, a well-known company providing industrial gases, is looking for a positive-minded candidate to join their multicultural team in Barcelona. They are looking for a proactive and organised Payroll Specialist to join their team.

As a Payroll Specialist, your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the payroll countries you are assigned to
- Setting up the monthly pay cycles and off-cycle payments when required
- Identifying and resolving any payment issues
- Providing Ad Hoc reports of payroll data
- Collaborating closely with the Finance and HR departments while also supporting internal stakeholders
- Managing confidential information and providing tax and social insurance data to government authorities

Requisitos

Core Skills/Experience:
- Strong communication skills and a customer support mindset
- Good PC-literacy and experience with MS office applications
- Good administrative and organisational skills
- Open mindset with willingness to learn
- Preferably studies in Human Resource or related
- A plus if you have experience working in SAP, Work-Day, ADP or HR/Payroll
