Funciones

Reporting to the Head of this team, your main responsibilities will be: Own end to end program management for EU Spanish Payment initiatives cross country ensuring milestones are tracked, risks are escalated, and deliverables are met on time; Coordinate cross functional workstreams across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Retail, Tech, and Customer Service teams to unblock regulatory, contractual, and operational dependencies; Manage external partner engagement activities, including outreach to financial institutions, payment networks, and third party service providers ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and business models; Support the design and execution of shadow environment pilots and open innovation frameworks, coordinating between internal engineering teams and external partners; Monitor and report on key payment performance metrics providing regular updates to leadership and flagging risks proactively; Maintain and improve program documentation, process playbooks, and handover materials to ensure continuity and scalability across the team; Support the scoping and execution of AI driven tools and automation initiatives in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Requisitos

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, or similar, with 1.
• 2 years of experience in program/project management (ideally in payments, fintech, or e-commerce)
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, able to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Experience working with data tools (BI, dashboards, SQL) and communicating complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with payments, financial services, regulatory frameworks (e g, PSD2, IFR), or go-to-market launches for digital products; experience with external financial partners is a plus.
• Fluency in English (C2); additional languages such as Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or German are a plus.
