We are a young recruitment agency that aims at creating a trusting and warm relationship with both clients and candidates. We use our "Babel Approach" to make an impact on the recruitment scenario in Barcelona. We aim at doing things differently and, for this reason, we are looking for a new Recruitment Consultant who is not scared of taking a new challenge and who wants to join a very fast-paced environment, where people matter.

Depending our your experience you would be assisting your buddy in his/her recruitment process, from screening CVs and interviewing OR you would also be responsible for your own recruitment processes
Execute good quality candidates' search, aiming at finding candidates that match with the vacancies you are managing
Managing presented candidates by using an Applicant Tracking System

Requisitos

High level of English
Another European Language like German, Dutch OR French is a plus
Preference is given to candidates with previous experiences
Bachelor's degree (Grads or students)
People-oriented candidate, able to build successful relationships at a business level
Sales-oriented attitude, able to work under targets and pressure
Flexible personality, capable
