Main Responsibilities
-Assist your Buddy in his/her recruitment process, from screening CVs and interviewing
-Execute good quality candidates' search, aiming at finding candidates that match with the vacancies your Buddy and you are managing
-Check candidates' skills in phone calls and face-to-face interviews 
-Understand clients' hiring needs, aiming at finding the best candidates for their positions
-After three months, manage your own recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring
-Build successful and long-lasting relationships with candidates
-Work together with your buddy in order to achieve monthly and weekly targets
-After six months, you will have the possibility to be promoted to Recruitment Consultant

Requisitos

-Bachelor's degree (Grads or students)
-People-oriented candidate, able to build successful relationships at a business level
-Sales-oriented attitude, able to work under targets and pressure
-Flexible personality, capable of adapting to rapid changes
-Confident communication skills 
-Bright, confident, and energetic individual who is keen to learn and take ownership of his or her work
-Attention to detail is essential
-Professional and positive attitude
