We are a young recruitment agency that aims at creating a trusting and warm relationship with both clients and candidates. We use our "Babel Approach" to make an impact on the recruitment scenario in Barcelona. We aim at doing things differently and, for this reason, we are looking for a new Junior Recruitment Consultant who is not scared of taking a new challenge and who wants to join a very fast-paced environment, where people matter.

Main Responsibilities:

 Execute good quality candidates' search, aiming at finding candidates that match with the vacancies your Buddy and you are managing
 Check candidates' skills in phone calls and face-to-face interviews 
 Understand clients' hiring needs, aiming at finding the best candidates for their positions
 After three months, manage your own recruitment processes from sourcing to hiring
 Build successful and long-lasting relationships with candidates
 Work together with your buddy in order to achieve monthly and weekly targets
 After six months, you will have the possibility to be promoted to Recruitment Consultant


Core Skills/experience:

 Bachelor's degree (Grads or students)
 People-oriented candidate, able to build successful relationships at a business level
 Sales-oriented attitude, able to work under targets and pressure
 Flexible personality, capable of adapting to rapid changes
 Confident communication skills 
 Bright, confident, and energetic individual who is keen to learn and take ownership of his or her work
 Attention to detail is essential
 Professional and positive attitude
