Description

In 2019 PageGroup identified Robotics Process Automation (RPA) as an opportunity to automate repetitive and manual tasks and improve operational efficiency. Since the opportunity was identified, many processes and functions have progressively adopted RPA what have required to have specific automation development skills in Page.

Purpose Of Role:

The RPA Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive tasks, streamline business processes, and improve operational efficiency. He/She will work closely with the business, process owners and champions, and solutions architects to identify automation opportunities, analyze existing processes, and design RPA solutions using RPA tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

 * Collaborate with process owners and champions to understand business requirements and identify automation opportunities
 * Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for RPA
 * Develop and implement RPA Solutions using the PageGroup RPA agreed-on tools such as UiPath & Power Apps
 * Create and configure RPA bots to perform automated tasks
 * Design and develop RPA workflows, process flowcharts and technical documentation.
 * Test and debug RPA Solutions to ensure accuracy, reliability and performance.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of RPA solutions with existing systems and processes
 * Monitor and maintain RPA bots to ensure their ongoing performance and reliability
 * Provide technical expertise and support to business users when executing RPA bots, including training and documentation.
 * Stay updated with the latest RPA technologies and collaborate on best practices, continuous improvements, and the evolution of the RPA Framework.


Profile

Skills/Experience:

 * Proven experience as an RPA Developer, with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Apps, Automation Anywhere, or other similar tools.
 * Strong programming skills in scripting languages such as C#, VB.NET, Python, or Java.
 * Experience working with Uipath Framework, Orchestrator/ Control Rooms and Queues usage
 * Experience in version control tools (Azure DevOps,Git)
 * Experience in process documentation (PDD, DSM, RUM) with detail-oriented skills
 * Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, data integration methods.
 * Experience in process analysis, process improvement, and workflow design
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and identify automation opportunities.
 * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
 * Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 * RPA certification(s) from UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other similar tools is a plus.

Other Valuable Skills:

 * Knowledge of OCR and Document Understanding
 * Knowledge and experience in process mining
 * Experience with SQL, Data Bases and Power BI
 * Stay updated with the latest AI, machine learning
 * A broad level of skills across applications like Active Directory, Windows Remote Desktops, MS Office 365, Exchange, Azure
