As Junior Sous Chef, you support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running a kitchen that delivers bold food and good vibes, every single service. You lead from the pass, jump into sections when it gets busy, and help the team grow shift by shift. You care about craft, people, and keeping standards high without killing the fun. What You’ll Do
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running day-to-day kitchen operations
Lead sections during service and step in wherever the heat is on
Keep food quality, portioning, and presentation sharp and consistent
Coach and guide Commis Chefs and Stewards through hands-on leadership
Execute dishes true to the concept and help roll out new menu items
Plan prep and mise-en-place to keep service smooth and stress-free
Manage stock rotation, reduce waste, and treat ingredients with respect
Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully aligned with hygiene standards

Requisitos

You bring 1–2 years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie
You have a solid background in modern, seasonal cooking with fresh ingredients
You enjoy leading on shift and helping others level up
You understand prep, service flow, and the rhythm of a busy kitchen
You care about food waste, sustainability, and smart kitchen habits
You’re comfortable using digital tools for prep, stock, or planning
You speak English and Spanish, with extra languages as a bonus
