El segmento de Heating, especializado en suministrar soluciones y componentes para el mercado HVAC, relacionados con la temperatura, presión, caudal e intercambio de calor, está buscando un Técnico Comercial Interno. Sus principales funciones

• Soporte técnico comercial a los clientes: Atención telefónica a nuestros clientes y proveedores en el día a día.
• Configuración de presupuestos técnico– económicos en Sales-Force, seguimiento de los mismos y entrega de la documentación técnica necesaria.
• Relación constante con nuestras fábricas y soporte en Europa.
• Tramitación de los pedidos del cliente, seguimiento y realización de la documentación de entrega.
• Soporte comercial a los Sales Area Manager (gestión ofertas, pedidos, seguimiento, incidencias, soporte técnico).

Posibilidad de promoción interna según valía.

Requisitos

Buscamos una persona que cumpla con los siguientes requisitos y experiencia:

• Ingeniero/a Técnico o Superior especialidad mecánica.
• Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito preferiblemente B2.
• Se valorará experiencia, aunque no es imprescindible.

Habilidades

• Ofimática
• Gestión ágil y productiva de Outlook.
• Manejo de Sales-Force
• SAP
• Autocad / BIM
• Capacidad de trabajar en equipo aportando buen ambiente de trabajo.

Imprescindible que sea organizado y metódico. Resiliencia, asertividad y empatía.
