Are you a technically-minded individual with a passion for IT hardware and an interest in the other business functions? If you have a native level of French alongside first experience in the field, this could an interesting job opportunity!

You would be working for a global company providing hardware and software solutions, and related services to consumers and business clients of all sizes. You will become an expert on on of the segments of their hardware products and provide technical insight to their partners and Channel Sales Teams internationally in order to increase sales opportunities and provide outstanding end client experience.

As a Junior Technical Consultant, your responsibilities include:
- Using your technical hardware solution and service knowledge to support sales opportunities for business partners and distribution sales representatives via email and phone
- Support the channel team in questions and requests for information from their clients
- Deliver targeted technical training
- Become an expert on the hardware products in your segment
- Continuously maintain a high level of technical competence and contribute to business strategy
- Guarantee a high level of service to the end clients
- Provide insight on status of local regulations pertaining to your segment of expertise

Requisitos

Key Languages:
- Native Level of French
- Fluent Level of English

Core Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor degree (completed no later than 2 years ago) (*mandatory)
- General understanding of hardware products and software
- Understanding of the sales function in a multinational business
- Analytical capacity, problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow through to solution and look for information on own initiative
- Good interpersonal skills, motivation to grow and develop within the world-renowned company
