Funciones

As part of the European Client Engagement team, the Key Account Coordination Team Lead coordinates all actions on European Key Accounts.


Description

* Lead a team of 3 people

 

 

 * Coordinate internal actions for around 30 strategic European Key Accounts

 

 

 * Improve cross selling, revenues and service standards by accurately identifying opportunities through the countries and brands

 

 

 * Communicate effectively to ensure delivery and/or special needs requested by the Key Accounts

 

 

 * Manage all Key Account issues in accordance with the Company policies and the Supplier Agreements

 

 

 * Communicate effectively with local Key Account Managers on their customer's activity, and ensure that the customer's requirements are being delivered

 

 

 * Support the action of local Key Account Managers with the supply of relevant data & company presentations and follow up of the actions

 

 

 * Monthly & Quarterly reporting of progress 

 

 * 

Contribute and take the lead on various commercial projects


Profile

* Fluency in English fluent (any other European language would be a plus)

 

 

 * Experience in people management

 

 

 * Solution & result driven

 

 

 * Strong organizational skills

 

 

 * Permanently challenging our processes in order to maximize the outcome

 

 

 * Strong intercultural competence

 

 

 * Capacity to adapt communication a broad environment (13 countries, 4 Brands, 3 contract types, contact from Consultant to MD level)
