Funciones

During your day to day as Key Account Manager:
- You will maintain and expand the portfolio of key accounts in Europe:Prospecting and acquisition
- You will develop business proposals tailored to customers
-You will manage contractual & commercial negotiations (medium and large contracts)
- You will reach your monthly sales targets
- You will develop a good relationships with clients and manage key accounts
- You will take responsibility for key account planning and ensure delivery against objectives set and agreed – this includes individual plans and selling strategies for key account customers as well as the wider business aspects
- You will develop and implement the key account plan through coordination with colleagues and across functions
- You will work with potential clients to identify partnership opportunities with clear business outcomes
-  You will ensure these are captured within the plan and that customer commitment is gained
- You will create strategies to grow, retain and maximize revenue and profit of existing and new customers
- You will travel around Europe to visit some of our top clients
- You will coordinate with junior colleagues to ensure optimal customer service and account management is reached

Requisitos

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

- You are Native in English
- You have proven B2B sales experience
- You have proven experience working with KPIs
- You have a Hands On Mentality – make things happen, show drive and determination towards the achievement of goals
- You are Goal-oriented – reach your targets, make the company grow!
- You can work Under Pressure – sense of urgency and clear vision of your goals
