Are you an experienced salesperson, excited for a chance to join a growing start-up? Imagine working for one of the most creative companies in the food industry here in Barcelona managing the whole sales cycle. Check out this unique and dynamic job opportunity!

As Key Account Manager and Sales Team Lead you will be the person responsible for creating and growing relationships with top brands in order to bring value as well as supervise and act as a Team Leader for the French Sales Team. France is the biggest market for the company, this is, therefore, a strategic and crucial role. 

Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the sales team activities (3 people - setting goals, inspiring, coaching and motivating) 
- Coaching and training of team new hires/ identify the training requirements of the existing team, host learning sessions/ training on best practices (Sales Meetings)
- Management of key accounts building long term relationships, scheduling multiple campaign bookings and generating repetitive premium services business
- Identify customer needs and new business + partnership opportunities to develop the country with full alignment with the company growth strategy
- Use metrics and data to drive strategies and implement plans for the future
- Strong collaboration with the B2B branding team to reinforce the brand in its market
- Represent and present the brand and its services in conferences and in planned customer meetings
- Perfectly aligned with Sales Strategy and working closely with the Sales Director to determine specific strategies for the French market

Requisitos

Qualifications

- Native French and a fluent level of English
- Around 5-7 years of experience in sales and account managing, including experience mentoring and coaching a team
- Strategic and analytical mindset, experience with strategic account planning and prospecting
- You have strong business acumen
- You are eager to prove yourself and your entrepreneurial mindset in an exciting and challenging project
- You are looking to join a young, dynamic team within a relaxed yet motivating environment
