Funciones

Technical Support Analayst (Level 1) to be part of recognized IT company with backgrounds in UX and SaaS solutions.


Description

We are looking for a L1 Technical Support Analyst to become part of motivating and supporting team for the American clients working in a friendly, young and open-minded environment; helping improve processes and eager to learn.

The team works for more than 500 enterprise companies handling cases throughout their lifecycle in the most cautious and careful manner and improve the service policies and procedures working with Agile Scrumban methodology with technologies such as Kayako Fusion, GoToMeeting, FTP tools, Office (especially Word and Excel), Photoshop, among others.


Profile

* Customer Service (with SaaS product experience is a plus).
 * Performing online and on-site trainings of a software tool.
 * Creating/Editing product Help Center and documentation.
 * Reporting summaries to supervisors.
