Funciones

The candidate will be responsible for:

Responsible for the day-to-day legal matters as well as compliance matters within the country such as: contract review/negotiation (customer contracts as well as supplier contracts, internal service agreements); administrative sanction procedures; claims management; license requirements; compliance with specific laws: private security laws, anti-trust laws, GDPR, ...; General legal advice.
Organizing compliance with legal policies, including preparation/follow-up of audits and training.
Oversight and management of work performed by any external legal resources working in the Country.
Coordinating legal risks within the Enterprise Risk Management -process

Requisitos

Education - Essential: Law Degree.

Education - Essential: Master's Degree or Specialization in Administrative Law.

Knowledge - Essential: Knowledge of local laws (in particular laws relevant to the business).

Excellent English communication skills.

Availability to travel. Residence in Madrid.

Requisitos deseados
Experience - Desirable: Experience of legal matters relevant to the business, Experience from working in an in-house legal department or equivalent (e.g. law firm experience).
