We are looking for a Lead Java Software Engineer with experience in Barcelona.

* Reporting to the CTO, leading the BackEnd development team of the company.
 * Make sure that their platform continues to be built with the highest quality on clean and documented code within a Clean Code and TDD development methodology.
 * Schema of 80% hands in development and 20% management of a 2 members team.


Perfil del candidato

* Degree in Technology.
 * Minimum experience of 2-3 years leading development teams: code reviews, coaching and motivation.
 * Skills to provide technical guidance in building complex solutions.
 * Be able to communicate with technical and commercial departments, aligning the efforts and initiatives of the entire organization.
 * Be used to identifying technological opportunities to help the company meet its objectives.
 * Enough English level that allows you to comfortably work in our multicultural environment.

A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience is essential

 * Java 8+ with Spring framework.
 * TDD.
 * Design of REST and RPC APIs.
 * SCM: GitLab [CI and CD].
 * Development with good practices: SOLID, clean code and design patterns.
 * Experience in eCommerce platforms and solutions.
