Funciones

 * Learning Zone owner (Spain &Portugal)
 * Lead the training strategy for all year.
 * E-learning master in Iberia
 * Lead global projects (tests, templates, updates, etc.) and development of the training processin all cross functional projects.
 * Translation and adaptation of the training materials.
 * Roll out of all training projects related with operation functions
 * Lead and consolidate new RGM(Restaurant General Manager)certification/validationprocess
 * Supporting the field in all areas of Learning Zone
 * Create and maintain restaurant trainingsystem materials as directed by the programsmanager
 * Work with training partners to manage content development in Learning Zone
 * Train Content developers as required in use of LCMS, LMS
 * Manage Franchise Field trainer's relationship and requirements to maintain an effective andconstructive agenda.
 * Provide high intensity support and people development expertise across Franchisecommunity ensuring that people development plays a substantial part in discussions, adviceregarding investments in people development.
 * Navigate high quality relationships with global training and organizational developmentleaders to adapt global training programs and using global resources in terms of offering Yumtraining programs franchise partners.
 * Create and update the communication plan for the year.
 * Introduce/manage and development of new tools to improve the info sharing in the system(RSC, FZ, ARL, Restaurants).
 * Own El Coronel(internal newsletter).
 * Coordinate communication in all massive meetings(Commission, RGM convention…).
 * Own data and drive comms analytics through KPIs.
 * Own data and drive training/learning analytics through KPIs.

Requisitos

 * Bachelor's degree.
 * Up to 3yrs of experiencein training(platforms and contentcommunications role.
 * Ability to communicate effectively.
 * Work with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization.
 * Stronginfluence skills.
 * Excellent presentation skills.
 * Ability to conduct participative training.
 * Essential: Articulate&Storylinetool.
 * Spanish, Fluent English, Portuguese desired.
