Leading High Street Fashion Retailer looking for a Lease Manager (expansion).

The position is based in Barcelona and involves limited travel around Spain & Portugal.


Description

As Lease Manager you and the team are responsible for the expansion of the group in Spain &Portugal - both for new stores as well as for existing stores. This is all about securing the company's position as one of the world's leading fashion companies in a profitable, brand-building, ethical and sustainable way in our market.

Your main responsibilities:

*Find top locations for new stores

*Create growth plans for all our brands

*Negotiate lease contracts with property owners

*Create agreements in order to generate long term business for the Group


Profile

What will expect from you:

*3-5 years of experience within a similar position preferably within Retail or Consumer Goods

*Ability to communicate and negotiate in an open, clear and impactful way with internal and external stakeholders

*Analytical skills and leadership capabilities as well as a strong track record of results

*Strong in planning and executing together with a "can do attitude" and self-motivating way of working

*You enjoy working in a role with many different cultures and with a significant amount of travelling

*You know how to optimize sales as well as to have an interest in and understanding of retail in general

*You keep a positive attitude when looking for improvements, and finding opportunities should be a part of our way of working

*Fluent in English and Spanish - Portuguese is a plus!
