Funciones

At Acertto we are recruiting for a Legal Counsel with high levels of both English and German to join an important multinational operating within the food industry, based in Valencia, Spain. 


THE ROLE

Supervise and coordinate all projects related to the company´s German subsidiaries 

Contract drafting and negotiation 

Collaborate in the legal and economic development of business initiatives

Coordinate processes such as investment projects, mergers and acquisitions

Provide legal support to internal business partners

Create reports on regulations that may be relevant 

Advise on a variety of matters such as food regulations, unfair competition, IPR, data protection etc.

Coordinate legal processes including with external lawyers

Requisitos

Law Degree

High level of German and English

3 years experience working with an international company

Experience with the Food industry

Extensive knowledge of commercial and corporate law

A proactive character with leadership skills and strong communication abilities
