The O'Donoghue Ring Collection is currently recruiting for full- time Leisure Centre Attendants & Personal Trainers to join our Leisure Centre team. The successful candidate will report to the Leisure Centre Manager. The team manages the leisure centres in both the Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa and the Killarney Towers Hotel.

The successful candidate must hold a recognised Personal Training qualification and must have the NPLQ or RLSS qualification or equivalent. However, for full- time positions, the company would be happy to support the right candidate in obtaining the lifeguard qualification if required.

This role involves a combination of lifeguard duties, leisure centre supervision, and personal training delivery.

What you'll do:
 * Supervise the swimming pool area
 * Meet the highest standards of safety at all times
 * Act immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of patrons in the event of an emergency
 * Maintain high standards of supervision while performing lifeguard duties as required by the Pool Supervisor
 * Deliver personal training sessions tailored to individual client needs
 * Carry out fitness assessments and create exercise programmes
 * Maintain a high standard of customer service across all leisure facilities

Requisitos

About you:
 * Must hold a recognised Personal Training qualification
 * Must have the NPLQ or RLSS qualification or equivalent
 * Fluent in the English language
 * Previous experience as a Lifeguard, Leisure Centre Attendant, or Personal Trainer is desirable
 * Flexible regarding availability; the ability to work midweek and weekends is required
