- time, permanent Leisure Centre Supervisor to join our Leisure Centre team. The successful candidate will report to the Leisure Centre Manager and will support the day
- to
- day operations of the leisure centres in both the Killarney Plaza Hotel & Spa and the Killarney Towers Hotel. The successful candidate must hold a valid NPLQ or RLSS qualification. The Leisure Centre Supervisor is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service, and overseeing the smooth operation of the leisure centre facilities. What you'll do:
- Supervise the day

- day operation of the leisure centre and swimming pool areas
- Lead, support, and motivate the leisure centre team
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and presentation are maintained
- Act immediately and appropriately to secure the safety of patrons in the event of an emergency
- Ensure all pool supervision and lifeguard duties are carried out in line with industry standards and company procedures
- Assist with staff training, rotas, and operational reporting
- Deliver an excellent customer experience at all times About you:
- The successful candidate must have the NPLQ or RLSS qualification or equivalent
- You must be fluent in the English language
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a leisure centre or similar environment, ideally within the Hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
